If you are not satisfied with your purchase, as long as the item is unopened & unused we can provide a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 Days of purchase.
You can return your unopened, unused & unworn product with its packaging or tags intact to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. It is easy to return a product to us, just contact us.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept opened or used items back due to health policies for both our customers as well as employees.
In order to return an item, please contact our customer support team for a return authorization number (RMA). Once you have received an RMA, you may ship your order back. Please include your RMA number on the package as well with the included return paperwork.
Any returns sent back without approval will be automatically rejected and disposed of.
All original shipping charges are non-refundable for satisfaction guaranteed returns.

Orders eligible for free returns
Any domestic orders that are being returned for store credit or product exchange qualifies for free return shipping. Once an item is received it will be inspected to ensure it is factory new. If an item is returned and deemed open or used we will contact you for resolution.
Return shipping
We can provide a prepaid shipping label which we will deduct the cost from your refund amount. You may also use your own return shipping method for a full refund. If you select to ship yourself, please make sure to email us a copy of the tracking number to ensure prompt return processing.
Orders that are approved for refunds do not qualify for free return shipping.
NOTE: If a package was shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error, we reserve the right to charge an additional $9.00 to reship to an updated address.
